accuracy and completeness of the contents of this Report and its summary, and shall be jointly and

2. Zhu Huarong, the Company’s legal representative, Zhang Deyong, the Company’s Chief Financial

6. The profit distribution plan of the Company approved by the Board of Directors this time is as
follows: Distribute cash dividends of RMB 0.50 (tax included) to all shareholders for every ten shares
based on the total share capital of 9,914,086,060 shares, no bonus shares shall be distributed, and do
not increase the share capital with reserve fund.
This Report has been prepared in both Chinese and English. Should there be any discrepancies or
misunderstandings between the two versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
